MES Specialist (Czech Republic)
Job contents:
- Preparation, roll-out and start-up of MES software in the global Ascorium plants
- Testing and Debugging of new MES functions
- Programming of new MES functionalities
- Development of MES reports
- Maintenance of MS SQL databases
- Configuration of PCs, servers and other hardware
- Maintenance, adjustments and solutions of software problems
- Testing of process applications
- Analysing data and problems, proposing solutions
- Leading small projects
- MES support to global plants including emergency service (hotline)
- Train people on site or/and remotely in how to use the software
- Creating of the MES documentation
Requirements:
- Technical university degree
- Practical experience in programming (incl. PLC)
- Knowledge of C++, MS SQL, NET, Visual Basic
- Knowledge of Wonderware Intouch/Scada HMI
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power BI
- Orientation in MES systems, dBases
- Fluent English, any additional language is a plus

GL Accountant (Czech Republic)
Job contents:
- Preparing and managing general ledger entries
- Posting journal entries in the accounting system
- Entering financial data in deferrals, accruals, and reclassifications
- Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledger
- Recording monthly and annual processes
- Posting of payrol files and reconciliation of balance sheet items
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Management of bank accounting and reconciliation of all cash transaction accounts
- Preparation of VAT assessments of cross-border issues, VAT declarations, Intrastat and European Sales Listings
- Management of fixed assets (capitalization, depreciation run, preparation of fixed asset movement schedule, reconciliation of general ledger to sub-ledger) according to IFRS and lGAAP
- Collaborating with internal / local / international departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting, or in a related specialization
- 3+ years of experience working as a GL Accountant, or a similar role in the Accounting department.
- Candidate with shorter practice can be furhter trained internally
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (local GAAP, IFRS)
- Knowledge of VAT rules, Intrastat and European Sales Listing
- Ability to solve complex accounting problems and errors
- Practice in SAP FI

Product and Tool Engineer (Germany)
Job contents:
- Support in finding and introducing development projects
- Support of the project administration in the preparation of enquiries, evaluation and placing of orders for products and tools (material calculations, creation of boundary conditions of a product-specific nature, calculation of tool costs for further processing of enquiries)
- Calculation of injection molding cycle time and machine size.
- Collaboration in the definition of production concepts and processes
- Technical advice to customers in coordination with the CBU, key account and project manager for new projects
- Examination of technical customer specifications with regard to product engineering-specific characteristics and their approval
- Responsibility for the technical execution of product and tool, as well as their changes with appropriate documentation (change management) (design and tool life cycle, target/actual analyses, manufacturability evaluations)
- Development of alternative concepts
- Internal and external presentation of the results (customers, suppliers, project team, department team)
- Preparation of working documents
- Creation and tracking of schedules
- Supervision of prototype parts

Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / plastics technology / process engineering / chemical engineering
- In-depth knowledge in the field of injection molding (materials, tools and process)

Product Engineer (Germany)
Job contents:
- Support for the introduction of development projects
- Support of the project administration in the preparation of enquiries, evaluation and placing of orders for products (material calculations, creation of boundary conditions of a product-specific nature for further processing of enquiries)
- Collaboration in the definition of production concepts and processes
- Technical advice to customers in coordination with the CBU, key account and project manager for new projects

- Lead development for series projects of more complex modules in the interior such as instrument panels and door panels, including interface responsibility to adjacent components
- Leadership of the technical project team
- Management of CAD and CAX service providers
- Organization, planning and independent execution of necessary technical test series internally and externally.
- Monitoring of development costs within the project
- Preparation of internal and external presentations of the results

Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / plastics technology / process engineering / chemical engineering
- Extensive experience in the manufacture and development of automotive interior parts as components and modules, preferably instrument panel and door trim (> 7 years)
- Experience in technical lead function of projects
- In-depth technical knowledge of joining processes and assembly of individual components
- Product liability knowledge
- Basic calculation knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel)
- Experience in presenting, moderating and leading meetings
- Strong willingness to communicate with the customer and provide information within the project teams
