Job Purpose:

Act as an expert, leading the product engineering covering product& tooling design, supplier simultaneous engineering development and verification, design verification, testing and engineering release and development program management.

A main contributor to the transformation process of the company into an top class automotive interior supplier along the value chain, with its core DNA in PU based material. He/She is the process owner on external interfaces with customers and suppliers and the internal stakeholders like Technical Center and Sales likewise.

Job Responsibilities:  

  1. Supports the technical bid evaluation and -coordination to ensures the timely and quality delivery for technical feasible concepts to the project bidding teams.
  2. On-site and off-site expert communication with customers during the design, pre-acquisition and quotation phase.
  3. Give active support and guidance to customers styling and engineering department for Ascorium features and solutions and identifies the customers product development milestones in line with the companies’ acquisition activities.
  4. Acts strongly on internal and external interfaces, to coordinate incoming technical requirements of the customers into technical work packages
  5. Deeper analysis for the CAS or STO inputs from customers, higher quality feedbacks to customers after reviewing and checking with supervisor. Receive, discuss, clarify and/or analyze customer needs and/or requirements.
  6. Elaboration and implementation of the concept and preliminary design, if necessary with alternative concepts
  7. Contributions of innovations with styling trends and new features for new product/business developments.
  8. Deliver coaching, training and development of the more junior technical talents and cross functions when need.
  9. Carry out risk and weak point analysis on the product design based on our own process capability.
  10. Elaboration of design library/templates, also for product maintenance and changes.
  11. Close communication and new product knowledge transferring from EU to CN.
  12. Other tasks assigned by Director TCC or GM China.

Job Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Design/Styling/Mechanics/Engineering/Automation or other related majors;
  2. 8 years+ working experience in CMF/Design and/or Product Engineering or related in Automotive Industry.
  3. Background in Chemical Material intensive products/companies and Automotive Interiors are a plus. Related good knowledge of PU material and moulding equipment, process, etc is preferred.
  4. Analytic thinking, experienced in using problem solving- & creativity techniques. Feeling for technical feasibility and implementation capability from concept to the sample.
  5. Technical flair in terms of customer-related and future-oriented design solutions.
  6. Good at 3D and styling design software like 3DsMAX, Solidworks, Maya, Catia and MS Office software (i.e. Word, PPT, Excel)
  7. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; can work under pressure.
  8. Business trip in domestic or overseas, short term accreditation in customer side when need.
  9. Excellent communication skill; Fluent English and Mandarin. Germany, Korean or Japanese language skill would be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participation in the preliminary acquisition meeting, deal with customer inputs and transfer to internal tasks,
  2. Innovative solutions, basic development of products and processes, keep CAD knowledge up to date
  3. Monitoring / compliance with the data management system, customer requirements and legal requirements
  4. Ensuring the necessary design work for concept of component development (quantity, time, quality)
  5. Clarification of the customer requirements with the component responsibility, if necessary

  13. Compliance with construction methodology, guidelines and principles according to customer specifications.
  14. Data and technical doc managements with cleared folders and data managements system (like PLM, PDM, …)

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering or similar and 5 years+ relevant working experience in bidding design, working experience with international companies of Auto industry is preferred.
  2. First professional experience as a developer / designer, ideally the automotive supply industry is preferred
  3. Excellent technical communication skills to customers in Chinese and English
  4. Eager to explore new technical challenges and develop concepts from scratch.
  5. Excellent prioritization skills and problem solving capability.

Job Purpose

Managing projects relating to cost, schedule and performance to ensure of the ultimate success and meet project targets defined by the customer and Ascorium.

Job Responsibilities:  

  1. Responsible for the implementation of clearly defined project milestones and deliveries.
  2. Budget responsibility and cooperation in preparation of project documents.
  3. Interdisciplinary management of project team.
  4. Preparation and implementation of project plan and arrange regular project meetings including status evaluation, regular report and present to management.
  5. Price negotiations (in alignment with CBU/China Sales Manager) on series-production parts, moulds, start-up and development costs.
  6. Project technical device and customer service outputs in alignment with China Sales Manager/Representative, including acquisition.
  7. Responsible for change management and support to project administration in preparing enquiries, evaluation and order placing for products.
  8. Track the establishing of production concepts and processes (industrialization).
  9. Presentation of technical problems and co-operation in the process of looking for solutions.
  10. Organize feasibility verification of technical customer specifications and engineering related activities (ECN, VAVE, localization…) for both running and A-SOP projects.
  11. Other tasks required by Direct Manager.

Job Requirements:

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for the design, planning and optimization of in- and out-bound Logistics procedure and process, packaging design and improvement and product loading plan to deliver the expected customer service level at best possible cost.

Job Responsibilities:  

  1. Calculation of the internal and external Logistics cost to support the acquisition and proceeding of new business and projects;
  2. Plan and optimization of Logistics procedures and process according to customer requirements and manufacturing concepts;
    -Plan of material flow in the plants and its optimizations including the design of warehouse if required;
    -Plan of Logistics equipment and packaging until final technical specification;
  3. Project planning and tracking (cost, timing and quality) for logistic equipment and packaging until acceptance report;
  4. Coordination of planning and the realization with customers, plants and vendors (including supply chain agreement)until handover to the Operational Logistics;

  • Ensure full implementation and maintenance of preventative maintenance system on the Canon line.
  • Ensure that tasks are defined

  • Understand the difference between discreet and process manufacturing operations.
  • Understand the operations of 24/7 liquid circulation and pressure, temperature, and flow rate pumping and
  • temperature control.
  • Understand the control systems and programming for complex on demand high pressure spraying systems.
  • Understand the use of forced ventilation to achieve negative pressure environment for shop floor VOC controls.
  • Understand the use of rail/brush powered track mounted carrier systems and the control systems to achieve
  • alignment with robotic spraying systems.

QMS & HSEMS

  • Follow applicable QMS and HSEMS guidelines/policies/ procedures/work instructions

Requirements:
