  • Generate leads within the boating/yachting market
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of potential customers
  • Assist in developing pricing schedules for quotes
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Build strong network and relationships
  • Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
  • Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
  • Defining product marketing communication objectives
  • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
  • Gathers and analyses market and competition research data
  • Collaborates with internal teams to work on product requirements
  • Creates and presents reports on findings, defects, improvements, statuses, and risk management
  • Analyses market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards
  • Communicates product vision to the management team to obtain market share for the product
  • Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product
  • (Re-)design existing and new products, making these feasible for our products and technologies


  • BS/MS degree in design or a related field
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Located in USA
  • Strong knowledge of main Windows office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
  • Some domestic travel
  • +10 years’ experience within the boating market is a strong plus
